Grief has a profound, often life-changing impact on each of us. If you are not currently on a grief journey of your own, you likely know someone who is. Good Grief! introduces elements of the grief journey, debunks common misconceptions, and provides helpful suggestions to help you and others navigate the journey. In the process, you will learn that grief is not to feared or dreaded, but should be embraced as a healthy expression of loss and love.
